3. Gain fresh and independent insights and get models, experience and guidance on addressing specific issues observed by either the people involved or myself.

4. Deploy Popcorn Flow, a next-generation Lean & Agile approach that brings a philosophy, principles, actionable techniques and tools to introduce, sustain and accelerate rapid decision-making and continuous change in teams and organizations.

April Gathering: Lean Beer

This month we will meet at Keagan’s in Short Pump for a laidback Lean Beer, an alternative to Lean Coffee. This is a great place to ask questions and share your Scrum and Agile war stories over an adult beverage, if you so choose.

We’ll discuss any topics on Agile and Lean that are of interest to whomever is gathered. You suggest the topics, then we mix them up and pull them out of a hat. We manage our discussions via time boxes and a Roman vote (drinks up/drinks down).
